Every applicant over the age of 18 years old must fill out a completed application and bring copies of the following documents:

            PROOF OF INCOME

• 2-3 Months of most recent pay stubs OR 3 months of most recent bank statements OR 2 Years of filed taxes (self-employed only)

 

PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION

• State identification (ID) card OR Driver's license OR US passport or passport card OR US military card (front and back) OR Employment Authorization cards OR Tribal ID cards OR Permanent Resident Cards OR Mexican Consular Identification Card or Mexican CID card (Matrícula)

 

PROOF OF CREDIT (If applicable to rental property)

• 2-3 most recent months of credit report (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion only)
